WASHINGTON – Just when liberals thought it was safe to start identifying themselves as such, an acclaimed, veteran psychiatrist is making the case that the ideology motivating them is actually a mental disorder.
"Based on strikingly irrational beliefs and emotions, modern liberals relentlessly undermine the most important principles on which our freedoms were founded," says Dr. Lyle Rossiter, author of the new book, "The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness." "Like spoiled, angry children, they rebel against the normal responsibilities of adulthood and demand that a parental government meet their needs from cradle to grave."
While political activists on the other side of the spectrum have made similar observations, Rossiter boasts professional credentials and a life virtually free of activism and links to "the vast right-wing conspiracy."
For more than 35 years he has diagnosed and treated more than 1,500 patients as a board-certified clinical psychiatrist and examined more than 2,700 civil and criminal cases as a board-certified forensic psychiatrist. He received his medical and psychiatric training at the University of Chicago.
Rossiter says the kind of liberalism being displayed by the two major candidates for the Democratic Party presidential nomination can only be understood as a psychological disorder.
"A social scientist who understands human nature will not dismiss the vital roles of free choice, voluntary cooperation and moral integrity – as liberals do," he says. "A political leader who understands human nature will not ignore individual differences in talent, drive, personal appeal and work ethic, and then try to impose economic and social equality on the population – as liberals do. And a legislator who understands human nature will not create an environment of rules which over-regulates and over-taxes the nation's citizens, corrupts their character and reduces them to wards of the state – as liberals do."
Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population by:
creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization; satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation;augmenting primitive feelings of envy;
rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government."The roots of liberalism – and its associated madness – can be clearly identified by understanding how children develop from infancy to adulthood and how distorted development produces the irrational beliefs of the liberal mind," he says. "When the modern liberal mind whines about imaginary victims, rages against imaginary villains and seeks above all else to run the lives of persons competent to run their own lives, the neurosis of the liberal mind becomes painfully obvious."

Michael Savage rejects the Truth

When Ann Coulter said "Christians were to witness to the World that Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven", Savage said she was a fanatic. He made mute Christianity and that Jesus died for our sins. His listeners tried to call in to say that she was right but he told them that they were stupid to be so narrow minded and that any religion would get you to Heaven. Finally he stop taking their calls on the subject and continued to call Ann Coulter every name in the book.

Last thursday, when he talked about those who were running for president, he said all of them were socialist; not one conservative among them. Not once on his shows has he ever mention Ron Paul. He's ignored even mentioning his name just like the mainstream media does. I called his show and to my surprise I was able to get thru. I told the screener I wanted to tell him that Ron Paul held the same conservative views that he did. The screener said "We've had too many calls about Ron Paul" and hung up on me. So once again he snubbed his listeners. I think his actions will drive away some of his listening base. He's closed his ears to the Truth.

We have gone from a Republic to a Democracy and now a Idiotocracy. The Governments transition is complete. The people will believe anything the media and government tells them. The bigger the lie the more they'll believe it. After super tuesday; if the voting was not fixed, saw Ron Paul with only 5% of the nations votes. That leaves about 95% of the nation with a political IQ smaller than my waistband. It was once said "Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country". Now it's "What can my country do for me" because I'm a dumbass and don't know what to do unless someone tells me. I'll believe anything a politician tells me because they will take care of me. It's said, "The truth will set you free" but you reject the truth so we become a nation of slaves waiting for your handouts.

Why do Socialist Democrats love Communism and organizations like Planned Parenthood. They don't think of them as murderers; they just think of them as good people trying to save the planet from overpopulation. As for abortionist organizations why do they call unborn babies 'fetuses' because they already have eyes, ears, a nose, mouth and a brain which they for some reason have to suck out. I guess thats so they won't come out screaming. How many babies has Planned Parenthood killed? Probably enough to take first place.

We should have let Stalin and Hitler pulverised each other and then went in and clean house. I think that, just like today, Roosevelt, being a democrat had some socialism in him. After his death, Truman took over and ended the relationship; but like all democrats after him, never had to will to finish a war once they became engaged in one.

For the past few decades, the ACLU has been on a major crusade to destroy Christianity in America, promote filth under "freedom of speech and expression," and of course, vigorously defend the homosexual culture of death. On Jan. 10, 1963, Congressman Albert S. Herlong Jr., D-Fla., read a list of 45 communist goals into the congressional record. Below are the communist goals being implemented by the ACLU in their quest to destroy America's culture and traditions:

• Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
• Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
• Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all form of artistic expression. An American communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings," substituting shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.
• Control art critics and directors of art museums. "Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art."
• Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
• Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and television.
• Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural and healthy."
• Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch."
• Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."
• Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of "the big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the communists took over. Obliterating the American past, with its antecedents in principles of freedom, liberty and private ownership is a major goal of the communists then and now.
• Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture – education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
• Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

Fox News unfair and unbalance

Have you notice how all the media's have ignore Ron Paul's run for the presidency. Fox news won't even list him on their polls. He's the only person who decisions for the country are based on the U. S. Constitution. This alone is enough to make me vote for him. Note: Glenn Beck did give Paul a hour long spot on his show. Shame on you O'reilly.

Johan Huibers of Schagen, Netherlands has built a full size Ark as mention in the Bible. It's 150 cubits L by 30 cubits H and 20 cubits W. His inspiration was the Bible. Of course Al Gore says he'll need it because in a few years the Netherlands will be under water. Thats due to his knowledge of global warming. I didn't know he had a science degree from college. The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS
Sunday Morning Commentary.

My confession:

I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it
does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful
lit up, bejeweled trees Christmas trees. I don't feel threatened. I
don't feel discriminated against. That's what they are: Christmas
trees.

It doesn't bother me a bit when people say, 'Merry Christmas' to me. I
don't think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a
ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it. It shows that we are all brothers
and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn't bother me
at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection
near my beach house in Malibu. If people want a creche, it's just as
fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.

I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think
Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think
people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around,
period. I have no idea where the concept came from that America is an
explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the Constitution and I
don't like it being shoved down my throat.

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that
we should worship Nick and Jessica and we aren't allowed to worship
God as we understand Him? I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old,
too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where Nick and
Jessica came from and where the America we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is
a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny,
it's intended to get you thinking.

Billy Graham's daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane
Clayson asked her 'How could God let something like this happen?'
(regarding Katrina) Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and
insightful response. She said, 'I believe God is deeply saddened by
this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out
of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our
lives. And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed
out. How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection
if we demand He leave us alone?'

In light of recent events...terrorists attack, school shootings, etc.
I think it started when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her
body found recently) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools,
and we said OK. Then someone said you better not read the Bible in
school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and
love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they
misbehave because their little personalities would be warped and we
might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's son committed suicide). We
said an expert should know what he's talking about. And we said OK.

Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why
they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to
kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it
out. I think it has a great deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the
world's going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say,
but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send 'jokes'
through e-mail and they spread like wildfire but when you start
sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.
Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely
through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the
school and workplace.
Are you laughing?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many
on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or
what they will think of you for sending it.

Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us
than what God thinks of us.
